We are considering renting a cabana on our upcoming April trip for a full day at Typhoon Lagoon. Should I go ahead and reserve it now or wait until arrival? We are staying at AKL club level. Thoughts?

I would recommend not waiting until day of, they can sell out. I can't remember the exact cancellation policy, but I think's it's pretty flexible - like 24 hours (don't quote me on that).

Since you're staying CL, it's easy to book through DSS.

So, I called DSS and got us booked! The cancellation policy is one day, just as you thought. They were very nice and easy to work with.
