Two Weeks Until Poly... What to do?

Can't wait to get to the Poly and get my dose of WDW!

Okay, Okay--All this talk about these drinks is adding insult to injury when you don't go for another 47 days!!!!! I couldn't wait to get to the resort before this and now I can't wait to try these drinks!

AHHHHHHH--visions of a hammock on a sunny, hot day staring at the castle with a drink in one hand (ok--maybe a drink in each hand!)

Back to reality--I'm traveling alone with my kids and they are teenagers (19/15) and I don't think I'd be setting a good example. I'll have to limit how many of the lava, lava things and the other one I have--boo hoo!!!!!!!!!

As far as going together, sounds good to me! Whose up for another trip????????????? I'm always up for one--afterall, this is my third time there in a year.

I had to chuckle... This has turned into the "What to drink at the Poly" thread The funny part is that I don't drink.

But thanks anyway.... Now it's only 12 days until we leave... any last minute thoughts before we start our 10 days at the Poly... sans drinks...

Just wanted to say Kreid to have a wonderful time, and make sure and give us a trip report when you return!! Sorry your thread kind of got off subject....hehehe....and hope you don't run into too many drunks! LOL

OBTW...On my first trip to the Poly in 29 days I plan to take a walk in the evening under the Tiki lights, hopefully watch the fireworks from a hammock on the beach. Take a midnight swim in the quiet pool. Have Tonga toast at Kona's. AND last but not least take a ride on the volcano slide!!

Sorry about the drinking! Make sure you get your leis at check in. If they don't give them to you, ask. That is what I had to do. It is no big deal but really makes you feel into the whole tropical theme. If you are going to fax in any requests make it short and sweet. They don't take to faxes to well I've noticed. If you don't get what you want at check in then ask. I did and they let me look over the map and show them where I wanted to be. Have a great trip!

Oh you will LOVE LV concierge! Take advantage of the lounge, its so relaxing especially at night! Oh I loved the Poly! Have FUN!!

Don't forget your sunscreen or mole skin! 2 very important accessories. Also don't forget to just pause for a moment and take it all in..... breath out and relax.
