two very yummy low carb products....

Steel's sugar free low carbs ( less than 2 per servingServing is 4 tbsps) Cocktail sauce....It is delicious and I love my shrimp coctkail with cocktail sauce and I can now have it again!!!!

The other is the Atkins Kitchen Teriyaki Sauce and marinade( 1 carb per tbsp)...I marinaded chicken in it overnight and stuck it on the grill....even my girls loved it!!!

I am so glad you have posted about that Atkins Teriyaki sauce, I have been wanting to try it now for a while! I am glad to hear it is good, I miss having things on my chicken! LOL

As for the Cocktail sauce, I don't care for any kind of this stuff, so I don't miss that at all!!

Thanks Glo, the guy at Hi Health said that the Teriyaki was good sauce. We tried the Bar be que Sauce, it is way too spicy for me. DH also missed ketchup, we bought Keto brand, 1 gram in 2 TBLsp, I think, it is really thick, and he loves it. I never used ketchup before, so I have to rely on his review.

This board is such a great palce to get healthy eating ideas. I just wish there was no carb Krispys or ice cream. Some times it is so hard to not think about them..................
