Two Rooms with Florida Residence Rate

Can two rooms be booked by a Florida resident? Situation: I want to join my brother and his 3 kids for a quick trip. There are some rooms available with a Florida residence discount. We'll want two rooms for the 5 of us. Can he book both rooms? If not, I don't supposed they'd let a 9-year old book a room, would they?

Unless the policy has changed, yes! I did it in 2004 at POFQ and last year at CSR. My step-mom checked us in in 2004...we had two rooms and then my mom did it last year. Put the reservations in the FL resident's name and the resident MUST check in for BOTH rooms and show ID....just a note; as long as the resident checks in, it doesn't matter who pays (example, my step-mom checked us in in 2004 but I used my credit card to pay for one of the rooms)...I think you can do up to 3 rooms for 1 resident, but I'm not sure..we've only ever needed two.

I am a Florida Resident and we just booked rooms for my two sisters and their families. I was allowed to book up to three rooms using my discount. As mentioned in the last post...the person qualifying for the discount (Resident, AAA, or AP) must be there at check-in for all the rooms.
