If the cost were the same which would be better: two rooms at the Boardwalk or a Jr. Suite at the Dolphin. We will be there for Christmas. I have never stayed at the Swan/Dolphin . I would love pictures, links, emails or anything. We have a new Starwood card and there will be five of us. Three adults and two children 6yrs and 14 yrs.
Thanks

Hi!

From what I've been reading, I think you could get two rooms at the dolphin for a lot less than at two rooms at the Boardwalk. Keep in mind that the "jr" suites at Dolphin have a King bed, and murphy bed. The sofa is not pullout. The executive sweet has a king, and 2 double beds.

Here's some info about rates from the "All Ears" website:

http://wdwig.com/faq_dol.htm

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is currently offering ALL EARS NET Readers a Standard View room for only $182.50 (1/16/03 - 4/30/03) and only $162.50 (5/1/03 - 12/26/03), based on rate schedule availability. CALL 1-888-828-8850

Ask for rate code "ALLEARS"!

If price were the same and those two were the choices I would take two connecting rooms at BW, as it is my favorite resort and you will get the much needed two bathrooms.

We are staying at a Junior Suite at the Dolphin in June and we were informed it has a sico bed, king bed, and a PULLOUT sofa. Cant wait to go! I have stayed at the Dolphin 2 times before and absolutely love it.

Hi all!

I stand corrected about the jr suite. My guidebook was wrong.

On another thread, Muffy just returned from a stay in a jr. suite, she said the sofa was pullout and it had 2 bathrooms. It was in the 5th reply. You can read here post here:

Sounds like the jr suite is a fantastic room!

Have fun making the choice!
