two rental car reservations ?

I have two different reservations made for a midsize rental car for our next trip (9 days). The total for each, including all the taxes and fees are: National (EA member) $292.03 Alamo $267.28
The $25 difference is substantial but, I am keeping the Nat'l ressie is hopes of getting a bigger car from EA. What are the odds of getting at least a full size car from EA with a MCO arrival time of 5:00 PM on Sunday? And, how far apart are the National and Alamo lots at MCO? Is it possible to check on National first - then if a larger car isn't available, to then walk back to Alamo and use that reservation? (Ok, so I know you shouldn't make a ressie and then not show, but I am still curious)

I have always managed a full size car off the EA.

alamo and national actually share garage space. So, there is no distance between them.

Yes, it is very possible to scope out the EA and if there is nothing you want there ie: full size you can walk back to the Alamo counter.
One warning, National can charge you a no show fee of 50.00.
