Two questions on Seaworld? Please help!!

Does anyone know how long it take to get from Seaworld to Fort Wilderness at Disney? My family and I have a Hoop de Doo dinner show scheduled for 5 pm the day we are at Seaworld and want to make sure we leave there in time to make the dinner.

How long does it usually take to see & do most everything at Seaworld? We are going there in January 09 and only have about 6 hours for the day. We are only interested in the major shows, viewing areas, rides and a bit of shopping. No arcades or things of that nature. Lunch will be counter service

Any help or advice you can give me I would greatly appreciate. Thank you.

To be safe I would leave SW at 3:00. Once you get to FW you have to take a bus back to the venue for the HDDR. Getting to HDDR can be a bit of a hassle.
