two Disney accounts and now a mess....

i could not access any of my ADR, or Disney Exp...when i called she said i have 2 accounts and that was the problem....thankfully at this point everything is done but i have no print out only what i wrote down..

I did take a pix of my BOG FP adr for June 4 with my phone!!! i even picked out the menu and ordered...
She said they will return my call in 5 days!!!

I am trying but i must say i am frustrated not just with this happening but some other fp+ things...
DS and his wife and 2 teen boys cking into the BWV on June 3-7th...
My DH and I were at SSR in Jan2014 so i had already done FP+ and ADRs, etc...
 
I had same issues awhile back What I did and had read others were told to do is friend your other self and share plans. That helped some but I ended up calling and had everything moved to "real" acct. and havn't had issues since.

Same here. Two accounts caused a few things to get messed up. One phone call, and they had everything consolidated under one account for me.

Here's a tip, make sure the pictures you chose to represent yourself is different in each account. They'll refer to that to make sure they put things in the "right" one.
 
Similar things happened to us. I need to set up another account under the same name because I need to help pay and manage my friend's booking. They are too busy to deal with all the bookings and FP+ booking stuff.

With two accounts in my name, everything look clear and good until we actually arrive at the park. They mix me up with one of my friend that I booked things for. The system mess up on who is who. On my magic band, my FP+ are correct, but the charges and dining plan were my friend's. So, I was stuck to walk with my husband all the time because we need to charge things and also eat.

"Friending" the two accounts cost more trouble and confusion. Things start to disappear and was a mess. I had to un-link the accounts, but still mess up at the park.

They tried to fix it at the resort front desk. But it mess up again the next day. And that repeats for my whole trip.

.i am mentally exhausted...doing mine and DH attractions and had 4 others on my account for attractions....dinning etc...reservations...

Just call technical support and they should be able to fix it. The more reservations you have, and the more people that have to be fixed, the longer it takes to fix (just a warning). I had this problem because some things were showing up on my account and some on my mom's account, but neither of us could book FP for the entire party. Tech support was able to combine the multiples of the people in our party and we had no issues with any of our dining reservations (since that is not connected to the individuals in the party, the way FP is). I did this before I could make FP reservations, so I can't vouch for if there may be issues with this.

This is what Tech Support had to do for me. I have a hyphen in my name. Online forms don't accept special characters so although my original Disney account was set up in my name as it appears on my ID, when I make reservations they either run the names together as one or split them up as two .... so I appeared twice on my account. They invited me and then accepted my invite for my other self. I guess I could have done it if i'd known what the issue was but they were great at sorting it out, even though it did take several lengthy phone calls.
 
This happened to me too. I called Tech Support back and they were able to switch everything back to the other account. All my reservations were there. If the agent you reach can't help you, politely hang up and call back. The next agent you reach should be able to help you. I didn't even know I had two accounts.:confused3 Good luck!
 
Okay I am going to call again in the morning...i am not waiting till someone calls me within 5 days....
So frustrating...........DH and I have plans for the second week in Dec at BWV and I feel like just canceling....
 
they called this morning and she is putting it under one acct...but its not the one i use all the time....need new pw.....just praying i dont loose the BWV ressie and all the fp for the 6 of us...
