Has anybody ever used a twin size air mattress in an SSR studio (I'm thinking it may fit in the entrance hallway)?! Just trying to confirm if it would even fit or not?!
We already have a std. view studio booked at SSR for 6 nights January 3rd-9th next year. It's normally only the 3 of us so studios work fine but there's an outside chance that our DS may bring a friend and by 7 months for that week I'm not hopeful that we could book another room that would have a 3rd sleep option (I don't anticipate two 20 yr olds wanting to share a sleep sofa.) Also, not sure when we might know if this friend would be able to join us or not - it may be last minute. Anyway, we can't book anything else until June and the availability for that week is already slipping. (For example our SSR std. view studio already has one night missing that week bcuz of the marathon!!) At 7 months I might be interested in booking 5 nights in an OKW or AKV (std) 1-bedroom that have the sleep chair. (The Poly and BLT already only have partial availability too so are not options.) We don't have enough points left to book book a 1-bedroom at SSR in addition to the studio just to hold it for now for the additional space....we're 4 points shy of having enough for SSR for our next UY - but I DO have enough for OKW....IF the availability holds until June - which I'm not holding my breath for.
So I'm just wondering if anyone has squeezed an air mattress into a studio?? I'm fully aware it's not the IDEAL situation but we may not have much choice in it... I don't need any lectures on how you would never book a studio for 4 people - we simply don't have another option points wise at this time for a "maybe" 4th person without borrowing into our NEXT UY. I don't want to give up the studio in case this kid doesn't come bcuz we won't get it back.
