I read the submissive yesterday. and I am giving out a very Snarky Thank you to whomever posted it. I got absolutley nothing done. and I have The Dominant open on the computer just waiting.

I didnt associate the characters much with Twilight. I was almost done with it when i realized that Jake the dog was refering to Jacob Black the wolf. It was that good of story.

But i have to get some things done today. Sheeeh.

Funny Twilight story time...

I had my one on one with my boss earlier, who's also a friend. She asked me what I did for Easter (hers was eventful, her 2 year old broke his leg), and I said that we just ate some ham and watched Twilight. She said her sister is really into it, that she and her fiance were watching the DVD for the first time, paused it in the middle since Barnes and Noble was closing, ran out to buy the books (hardcover for him, paperback for her) and then came home and finished watching the movie.

My boss was asking if it really is that good and I said yes, you can't put the books down and that my mother is fighting with one of my friends over who gets to read the next book, so now she's running out to buy them.

She said too that they were doing bridesmaid dress fittings and the lady that owned the shop said she was so embarrassed but she kept running to the back room to read one of the Twilight books when they didn't need her.

Oh, yeah, we talked about work a little too.

Just struck me as funny to have a Twilight conversation with my boss...

Saw in Wide Awake's comments that angstgoddess is considering publishing and looking at what she'd have to change - removing everything Twilighty - and the smutty scenes!

I'd hate to see it changed but would love to see it published. Dang, I have to work on printing it out!
