I wouldn't really let anyone under 14 read the books, but then again that is to the parents discretion, so I suggest the parents read them first and then decide.
Completely OT, but.....
why do you do the third person thing?
Love the VF pictures. Thanks for posting. Are the pics from the new issue on stands? Who's on the cover so I can go get it!!
Our Wal-Mart here in Mississippi had a rack full of soundtracks. I can't believe that others aren't stocking at all. Shameful!!
I would not let a young preteen read Twilight. (Got me all hot and bothered though! lol) Seriously, like CP said, 14 or older, depending on the child, but just remember that the series content gets more intense as the books go on. Breaking Dawn can be somewhat graphic, and maybe even disturbing for a younger audience.
I think 10 is a little young.. they do talk about sex, rape, grusome killings....
I'm SO thrilled to have found this thread! (hey Laura!)
I just started reading Twilight and it has consumed me completely and turned me into an addict. I'm about half through Eclipse and loving it so far. Its been so long since I found a series of books to throw myself into and really get into the story.
I am ridiculously excited for the movie and I'm currently trying to sweet talk my boyfriend into a midnight showing. So far, no dice. I think it may be because I keep jokingly telling him to be more like Edward Cullen![]()
