Twilight DL Tickets After 4 pm

I know you can sometimes get Twilight tickets for entrace to the park after 4pm. Do they have them during summer? How do I purchase them? Can i get them at the park? How much do they cost?

It's my understanding that Twilight tickets are only available for convention attendees - were the convention meeting planners have set up the arrangements with Disney - a special link on the convention website that takes you to the Twilight ticket purchase for their event.

Yup! They are not available for general sale.
