I have spent most of my teens in arcades along the Jersey shore. There are many Movies that made it to Pinball, but if you are looking for the first Move that they made a Pinball Machine out of, I believe it was Close Encounters.
I have 3 machines myself including a Pachinko, but that is more of a combo Slot machine.
