The place where I'm renting my RV from states that the RVs do not have cable hookup so I didn't bother getting a preferred site for my upcoming trip. I'm wondering how the TV reception is without cable. Is it worth it to bring a small TV with us or will it just be a waste of space?

We pick up 5 or 6 stations with just the rabbit ears on our little TV. Even more if you count the spanish speaking stations on UHF. So it is worth it.

Thank-you very much for the info! I'll bring a small TV then:teeth: .

LovePug, just wanted to let you know that just because your RV will not have a cable hookup doesn't mean you can't just hook it up to your tv. They have flat cable wires that will go through the window to your tv. You barely have to open the screen so no bugs ever get in. Works great.

Oh! Darn! I wish I would've known that sooner:bitelip: . Well, maybe next time....
