Tutto Italia was WONDERFUL!!!

Before I got sidetracked, I wanted to sit down and write a quick review of our wonderful experience at dinner tonight at Tutto Italia. When making our ADRs I was a little iffy about Tutto Italia. We've been to Disney many times and the "old" restaurant in Italy was a favorite. Been a couple of times since change in management and were not impressed. I decided to give it another try. SO glad we did!

Tonight was great, both food and service. My son got the lobster ravioli, my husband got the breaded pork chop and I got the roasted chicken breast. Desserts included the lemon cheesecake and the chocolate cake (sorry, I'm too lazy right now to find correct spellings of Italian names! )

Honestly, we were all raving about how good every item was. Flavor, temperature, serving size -- just excellent. Our server was attentive and extremely nice. Just such a pleasant experience and Tutto Italia is back at the top of our our list of fave restaurants at Disney!

We love Tutto as well, but more often than not it gets totally ripped apart here on the DIS. There was just a thread about it recently and it was easily 80% saying how terrible it was. We've had great food and service there.

Thanks for your current review, we had a fabulous dinner there in March of '08 and look forward to dining there again in Feb.

We had a great dinner there in june 2009 and are planning to eat there again june 2011!

We were just there on Friday and it was great. I have been on All Ears getting recipes for their red sauce to make on Christmas Eve! Glad you had a wonderful meal too!

Our experience was completely opposite.
We were there the first week of December and Tutto Italia was the worst place we had eaten. I will not be going back there again.
Out waiter was very inattentive and downright dissinterested. Our food was bland. No one in our party of 9 enjoyed the meal. Which is pretty extreme becuase you would expect at least 1 person to be satisfied.
I had the lobster ravioli and I was not impressed.

I might add that everyone enjoyed the dessert. It was very well done.

Luckily we were on the dining plan otherwise we would have been very angry at spending all that money for a meal at this place.

Glad to hear another positive review We had an amazing dinner there on Dec. 10. We were seated immediately, our waiter was awesome, and the food was delicious! We'll definitely be going back someday!

My friend and I ate at Tutto Italia on December 2nd and it was delicious. I had the lobster ravioli and she had the chicken. Both excellent. Our server was very attentive and quite nice. We enjoyed our meal very much. I'm not sure I would dine there if I was paying OOP because it is expensive, but it was fantastic with Free Dining!!
