Its very tough to say, as I enjoyed both of them a great deal on our last trip. But, if I HAD to, I would go with Via, with a very very marginal edge. They had awesome calamari, and their pizza really was divine. That being said, if you prefer pasta, go with Tutto.

We enjoyed both, Tutto is fancier, Via a little more laid back. We actually like Via a little better. In fact we liked it so much we went twice on our last trip!
