Bruce Kimbrell book

When we took the Disney Cruise from Sydney to Honolulu, we went to the talks by Bruce Kimbrell, a retired Disney manager. He mentioned a book to check out. My only notes are to find it at City Hall in Disneyland, but no one there recognizes it.

Is anyone familiar with this and where we might find it?

I can't find any reference to a book online. You might check Disneyana instead of City Hall.
