We prefer not to have a "heavy" lunch mid-day, so would not choose Tutto Italia for lunch (pasta dishes always feel heavy to us...we love the food at Tutto, but it is traditional stick-to-your-ribs comfort food! We'd be in a carbohydrate-coma for the rest of the day if we ate lunch there, lol.)
We'd definitely choose Via Napoli for lunch on the dining plan.
The pizza at Via Napoli, though it's a large serving, it's a thin-crust pizza and the toppings are not piled on a mile-high so it just doesn't seem to weigh us down so much (on dining plan, you'll each have to order an "individual" pizza, which is actually big enough for most people to split, but they won't let you do that there.) If you're going back to your hotel for a mid-day break, ask for your left-overs to go...makes a nice snack later.
