Does anyone know what the menu will be like in the restaurant? It is scheduled to open September 1. What do youthink?

I used to enjoy Alfredo's, but noticed that the service deteriorated quite a bit. In addidtion, there seems to be a "rushed" attitude from the staff. I was in Alfredo's in New York a few months ago and it was completely dead. I heard that the new replacement restaurant in EPCOT is only temporary until a new one is constructed. When I made reservations for December, the CSR said that it may not even be housed in the same building.

As of last week, no. I was told they are only accepting them for the processional, before that the opening date is still undecided.

It better be better than Alfredo's....I never cared for it. The food was average at best and the price was way too high for average Italian food.
