Tusker house breakfast hours

Can anyone tell me what the breakfast serving hours are at the tusker house restaurant in animal kingdom?

For breakfast they are open 8:00am - 10:30am.

Well, last seating is at 10:30. They keep the breakfast foods out for a while after that so that anyone seated at 10:30 can still have breakfast and the characters come around early in the meal for those 10:30 folks!
