Turndown servicce ?

I read on another site that turndown service at the Poly is now only for concierge guests. Has anyone stayed there recently and knowif this is their new policy? Last year we just asked them the for turndown service and it was done the whole week.(we did not stay concierge)

From what I just read on another post, turndown service is available but if not staying concierge, you need to request it

We stayed at the Wilderness Logde last year (not concierge) and was able to get turn down service. I called housekeeping and they added my room to their list for turndown service. I would think this would be the same policy at other Disney hotels too. When they turned the covers back they also left chocolate on her pillow. My daughter loved this. Once when we returned we found some of her stuffed animals tucked in.

We stayed at the Poly last May. I requested turn down service and was told that it was only available to Concierge guests.

is turndown service only available at the deluxe hotels or is it also at the moderates. does it cost extra?
