Also, some Wal*Marts have Pilgrim's Pride smoked turkey legs (prepared hot) in their deli section. They're very good!
YAY I will give my report on the Universal leg when I get back in May. I am sure they are not as yumnmy as WDW'sSylvester McBean said:Universal has them as well, and they also taste like ham.

Yeah, that thought has crossed my mind, too. Skeeves me out!dmk1021 said:I always thought they smelled good, too. I eventually thought that I was doing a disservice to myself by not trying them, so I buckled and tried one...
it was gross. What is even more gross is watching people who touch handrails and ride vehicles all day picking those things clean with their fingers.
Does that make me obsessive compulsive?
That would be SOOOOO awesome! And I'm also secretly wishing for tofu pups at Casey's! That would be wonderful!3DisneyNUTS said:WDW needs a TOFURKY leg cart for you![]()
The turkey legs we eat on Thanksgiving are cooked in an oven, not irradiated in a nuclear reactor.Mom of Sleepy said:THis is what I was thinking. What's the big deal? Do people not serve the turkey legs at Thanksgiving?
I had always wondered about the smokey taste of WDW's turkey legs.......wasn't quite sure I would like their "recipe". But last trip my Dsis had one and I had a bite. Yummy!! We will get at least one every trip from now on. It tastes just like moist, delicious ham.![]()
