OK, well I will add leslie to my list...which will grow larger if our friends Michelle/John and family eventually join this fall...they were on in 2007 as Cruzcrazy (or something like that)...

Anyway I am starting my post shortly for our comparison cruise on RCL which begins in 2 days...I will be opening a thread to the effect of "Live from the Magic, err Liberty of the Seas Comparison Thread"...

Lisa - we're on the Bernard's tour on St Maartin too! All 11 of us. I must have gotten the idea from you many pages back. We were told we pay the day of the tour in cash. Is that what you were told too? The St Thomas tour seems to have a link for paypal, but we're going to just do our own thing there.

Sherri - sounds great - I think my son & your ds2 are the same age. Let me know how your sept looks, after nothing for weeks we have plans every weekend for the rest of August. Its very strange.

Has everyone seen the new Harry Potter movie? I'm going to see it for the 3rd time this weekend. I walked out of work at noon the day it opened and watched it by myself. Then I took the kids back to see it that night and now I discovered if you go to certain IMAX theaters some of them have the first 12 minutes in 3D!! I don't know how I missed that. I'm so excited! I'm a total HP freak - just in case you didn't guess....

Great - wonder if we will all get the same driver - it is supposed to be 7 of us on the trip - but if sis cancels it will just be my family - still will be a great time of course--- yes we were told - pay cash on the day of the trip --- I just figured this way was very easy to see all the sites in a smaller version and everyone gets what they want -- siteseeing - shopping ( ? are there casino's there for DH? ) and beach ....

Hi everyone, just trying to catch up on all the posts. Wow, the cruise is getting so close. Economy has been hitting us hard lately, but we are perservering. Wasn't quite sure we would still make it. But so far so good. Thank goodness, the cruise is all taken care of already. We are going to need this vacation more than ever!

Thanks for all of the kind wishes!! We are finally packing...after working all week and doing 3 loads of laundry! At least we only have to drive to port of Miami tomorrow which is not far from where we live!!

Ahoy!

We have just booked this cruise!! My DD(13) were on the June 13th Magic Western and had such a great time I couldn't wait to go back. Since she has the week off of school I have booked us again (I was trying to hold out until Spring Break, but, alas, couldn't get the cruise bug off of my shoulder...)

Anyhow, we are veteran cruisers (12th overall, this will be our 3rd Disney, 2 in less than 6 months.... sorry about the college fund, kiddo) and would love to join in the fun.

I have not had a chance to read through the posts, but I am hoping that there is an FE. If so, count us in!

I haven't done an Eastern itinerary in a couple of years so I am really looking forward to it. I'm going to start researching tour options now.

Am I excited???? You betcha! Can't wait to say hello to everyone.


PS - if anyone has a DD in the same age range (12-15ish) kindly send a PM. She went to the Stack the last trip but it was more a matter of our tablemate being in that age group so she knew someone.

There definitely is a FE group! I need to find the link to it for you. Also, if you are doing late dining Chuck (Icemanpad) is linking our dinner reservations together so we sit near one another.

Wendy (Tinkerbellmom99) is doing a mini-navigator so we can find each other and she's also great at designing door magnets.

I'm coordinating t-shirts and someone else found us a bracelet. All in all we're a very welcoming group and believe the more the merrier! Most of us have kids and the age range is quite wide. I have a DS who is 11 (going on 40, but that's another story!).

A few pages back when I joined this group (last Monday) there is the link for the FE exchange in my welcome message.

Since I'm basically a DIS virgin, how do I put one of those countdown clocks in my signature? I would love to have one since this is the longest I've counted down to a cruise!

I would love to get a magnet(s) for my door with the Thanksgiving theme and a bracelet. I don't think I could get a matching T-shirt on my DH!

Since I'm planning on surprises my boys (7&5) I'm thinking about making them Tshirts that say "I'm going on the Disney Magic and I don't even know it" and have them wear them that Saturday morning. They won't read the shirts on their own so I'm hoping someone will read them to them and get their reaction on video.
