It's hard for me to imagine the kind of cold you're experiencing. We have a hard time here when it's below 30. Now, I can definitely tell you about HOT. We've had some pretty miserable Augusts here.

It's 36 degrees here right now and, over the next two hours is supposed to drop to about 11 degrees. Overnight lows are supposed to be -1 with wind chills hovering in the -25 territory. Oh yeah...and to top it all off, it's supposed to be worse on Thursday night!

Why oh why did I come back from FL to this!

It's not that cold in GA but I did have to get out my winter coat. I love the upsidedown tree.

We have had layoffs of 2/5's at work but I'm still here. So I guess we are still cruisin' next year.

It is a pleasant 60 degrees right now here in Dallas...but tonight we are expected to drop down to 24 degrees Gotta love my Texas weather

Mason only has a 1/2 day of school today, no school tomorrow and no school monday....so we are headed for WDW for the long weekend. One small problem, the lows in Orlando will be in the 30s. Not ideal Disney weather....especially since we are cold weather wimps!! However, a day at Disney is always better than a day at work!! The highs will be in the 60s. We'll be skipping splash mountain!!

Yep, we did pack our winter jackets!!

We're going through a cold snap here. The kids and I are going skiing tomorrow at our local resort. Normally, this time of year, it would be in the 30's. Tomorrow, the low will be 5 and the high 20!! Brrrrrrr!! Your 30-60 sounds nice and balmy. Have a nice time!

Well, driving in today the outside temp on the tahoe was -15 not including wind chill, and it is going to be colder tonight! CC sounds good now.....just thinking of a way to get a dealership somewhere in the carribean!

Got in Kims Hummer after dinner last night @ 10:30 and -23. No school for Alli the last 2 days. But, heatwave comming tonight....up to 6!

Thanks Lampy for posting your trip reports... can't wait to read them. Its 15 degrees out and its heading back to the single digits by sundown. We woke up this morning with no heat in the house, YIKES! Apparently, the drip pipes from the furnace froze. This is the coldest its been here in 5 years and of course our new furnace system is only 3 years old so its never been tested like this. How many more days until we cruise? I need it now!
