Has anyone figured out how to NOT get the problem with the Tupperware banners at mypoints where it asks for your user name and password? I bought something yesterday, hoping they had fixed it (I complained a few times about it), and hoping for the instant 800 points, and it still didn't work. Anyone?
Thanks!

I hadn't figured it out yet, either. I tried one again and still got the login pop-up. So I wasn't sure if it was just because I had done them so soon before the banner changed, or what.

I did get the "Earn Points" page one to work, but that was the one that my computer went goofy on before I got the confirmation page the first time, and not one of the ones that was asking me to login. (I had the problems with the large Home Page banner and the two Shopping page banners.)

I did manage to find the pop-up offer (after about a half hour of clicking back and forth and refreshing), and that one worked without asking me to login. And the email offer I got last week worked, too.

I tried one of the banners last night and got the Sign In message. I know that I was signed in but I lost the points anyhow.

I've placed 3 Tupperware orders this week that did not work. I keep getting the sign-in pop-up, even though I am definitely already signed in. All three were from different links on the sight, so I thought they would work even though I have ordered within 30 days. Looks like 2,400 points down the drain!!

I just experienced that problem after it worked fine, several times this past couple of days.... the only thing that i did differently was that i happened to log in on my BF's computer earlier in teh day and i never logged out. i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it... but maybe! mypoints is kinda screwy sometimes, anyone notice that?

Just happened to me too!

I had to sign in when I first got to the site and after 20 minutes of bouncing around and refreshing I finally got a new site to come up "In the Spotlight". Got all the way thru the checkout and clicked on the "Mypoints click here" link and that dam blue sign in box came up. I tried to sign in which it would submit before I was done typing and then my computer froze! At least it was only for $1 e-cert but I wonder if you can use the same link again and get the points that you never did collect?

Don't know if I want to try e-mail tag with them about this too over the $1 I spent.

Anyone try to use the same link after having this problem and get the 800 point pop-up?

Mazzarafe,
I tried on Saturday and got the sign-in pop-up, so tried the same link again on Sunday and got the pop-up again. I think I'll give up on Tupperware for awhile. It seems I'm wasting time (and just a tiny bit of money;) )

I have not had any work after getting the pop-up and then trying a second time. I still got the pop-up. I think I got frustrated once, and since I know my mother's login and password, I put her info in. I still got the pop-up back again. This was a week or two ago. This morning my mom said "I have 860 points in my account and I didn't order anything." I said let me check, and sure enough my 800 points showed up in her account. Hope they don't dispute them when she/I go to cash out. She doesn't want anything, so she said I can use them for whatever I want. She has a slow dial-up connection and doesn't click through on her emails, either. When I think about it, I go and do those for her, too. So this morning I placed a Tupperware order through her newsletter email. That gives me enough for a $10 webbie if nothing else.

I peeked this morning and the points didn't post. Was hoping for a miracle. I'm bummed because I've only been able to find 5 different links, never got the email because for some reason my old email account suddenly stopped receiving them and I had to set up a new account after playing a month of email-tag with member care.

Oh well, I guess I'll just wait and see if the banner changes now for April and see what that brings.
