What's for supper tonight? I'm in a cooking rut & I REALLY need some ideas!

We're having leftover fajitas. I made way too much last night.
Tomorrow night will be BBQ's in the crock pot. Leftovers of that Thursday. Friday will be ravioli casserole.

I wish I knew! I'm back in Weight Watchers and am already sick of chicken and seafood. I would love roast beef but that is definitely out. Probably will make chicken simmered in stewed tomatoes and serve it over rice. Fresh asparagus on the side.

DD7 has soccer practice tonight so we always go to Mcdonald's afterwards. I made chicken in the crockpot last night. Having the leftover's for lunch today.

I don't know yet. My SIL is being induced today or tomorrow :goodvibes , so it all depends on when the baby makes his appearance. If he isn't here by then, dinner will probably be ravioli. :)

Not sure yet. Maybe chicken and stuffing or stuffed shells. Of course there is always my favorite meal===Calling my mom and ask what she is cooking!!

Nothing great...spaghetti and meatballs.
It is getting warm so we will be grilling out a lot soon!

Why no roast beef in WW? :( I just do my own thing - I've lost 80 pounds, and I eat just about anything I want (in moderation). I love a good flank steak (lean, as opposed to a rib roast, etc.), that is one of my favorite things to make, with roasted baby red potatoes with garlic, red onion and green peppers. Yum!

I still have goulash left over, but I think I'll have that for my mid-afternoon meal. I plan to make chicken and pork tonight (I had gotten some "In Your Oven" coating for free, so I'm using that). I'll add some steamed veggies, and homemade bread - mostly whole wheat bread, I like to make that a couple of times a week. And salad - I am starting to make my own salad dressing, I need to do that this afternoon.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Garlic & Butter Rice
Steamed Green Beans
Fresh Strawberries dipped in Chocolate

Beef is just too many points for the same amount of other foods. I've lost 30lbs in 12 weeks but I think I have only eaten beef on my cheat day. Honestly I go for the fattier meats like pot roast. I'm not a lean meat gal which is probably why I'm on WWs to begin with! LOL!

Tonight I'm making gemelli pasta with broccoli rabe, sweet italian sausage and chickpeas in it. It's a new recipe, so we'll see how it goes.

Last night I made another new recipe... it was sticky chinese chicken with rice and sugar snap peas on the side. It was outstanding.

Probably fettuccini with ham tonight, Later this week will be pork chops w/ mac & cheese and barbq beef cooked in the slow cooker.

I got a great recipe for stir fry veggies w/ chicken and fettuccini noodles (they use tofu in the original recipe) from Publix a couple of weeks ago. If anybody wants it, let me know and I'll post it when I get home. :)

Turkey sandwiches:)
DD has ballet and DS has baseball practice.

Last night was Turkey Sandwiches, DD had a soccer game, DS had guitar lessons & baseball practice.

Tomorrow night will be Turkey Sandwiches, DD has cheer for 2 hours.

We should start gobbling any day now.:)

hot dogs and mac/cheese
salad
yogurt

for DH beef sandwich w/provolone cheese.

It's 70 outside here in Chicago, dropping back to the 40's tomorrow, so I am not spending this afternoon in the kitchen!

Got it.:) I used to have a cheat day when I did Body For Life a couple of years back, but I'd prefer just to have a little junk food (mostly chocolate) every day.

My husband likes rib roast, so we do that occasionally. I actually prefer lean meat, so that helps! Congrats on the weight loss! I have taken mine off over 4 years, just a little at a time (quicker at the beginning).

Paula Deen's bacon cheeseburger meatloaf! I'm excited to try it.

If you're stuck in a cooking rut, check out the What's for Dinner thread. There are some fabulous recipes there!!!

Wow, that is what I am making later in the week, and I've haven't tried it yet either! Come back after dinner and let me know how you liked it. :)
I am making one of my oldest recipes tonight, called Lazy Day Beef Casserole. (love the name) I got it from a church cookbook, their recipes are always good.

Please post the recipe for the chicken. Sounds Delish!!!
