We were at Saratoga Springs this past weekend and noticed that the tub spout was permanently closed off to make it a shower only. Also the "adjustable" shower head was set on only one spray setting. It could not be changed. Has anyone else noticed this? We were only there a couple of nights so it really didn't bother us too much but we did leave a message about it when we left so we didn't get an answer.
