Congrats to all the new mommies to be! Love to see the explosion of BFP's here! H&H 9 months to all. And to those still waiting on their miracles, I still pray for and think of you all often!

tomorrow im going for an u/s. after 9 days of waiting to see if i am miscarrying. ended up in the er twice last week, got treated like a freak show as they thought it was another molar- looks like it isnt,hopefully. i left at 5 weeks 2 3 or 4 days,(tech i think was new) with no answers and altho she said it didnt look molar, all they saw was a yolk sac and no fetal pole or heartbeat...but in the same breath was told i was very early and those often arent seen until 6 wks or later. the waiting has been driving me crazy. been bleeding on and off for a week and a half now. as one friend said to me, quite obviously this one is going to be the trouble maker! lol

Hi Ladies I am back after an almost 2 year break we are going for our 1st appointment Thursday with a new RE. I am so nervous and not really sure what to expect since we have been thru everything but IVF.

We have to wait until Sept to do IVF as that's the next month the RE's office will be doing them so we are going to try IUI this next month. I was really hoping this month worked as I had really thick lining and 4 mature follicles but oh well. Sunday is our 6th wedding anniversary and it sucks that it's also on Father's Day with no good news.

Today is my 5th wedding anniversary. It's bittersweet cause my Kenny is the greatest thing in my life. But still, no little one to celebrate the occasion with. I refuse to let it get me down though. After my surgery at the end of the year, we will try again! (We started trying at 32...34 now).

For today, I'm gonna do some retail therapy with my dad and g-ma. Kenny said he needed to pick up something tonite.....flowers. He gets them every special occasion! My hubby is awesomeness!!!!!

Why is that??? Just when you think the conditions are perfect, it STILL doens't work. WTH??? So frustrating!!!!

I called this morning to get extensions on some big bills, cleaned kitchen, bathroom, took Nando out and reapplied for The Lift transportation (a service for those with disabilities in my area.)

This afternoon, I have to make dinner
Put $$ in bank
clean office
Get Kenny's clothes ready for tomorrow
Give Nando a bath.
Call Disneyland about our dinner ressies

I did get a little in this weekend at Biloxi. The hubs took me there for 2 nights for a bday getaway. It was nice

I'm sorry if my mentioning age upset you or anyone else here. I realize I'm still "young" but when time ticks away as it has, it stings a little....okay, a LOT! I know at any age, any huge length of time TTCing is so painful.

Today was my last appt with the RE. We have officially "graduated" on to the regular OB and have our first appt on Wednesday. Thanks for all your love and support this past year. I wish you all lots of pixie dust and BFPs in the future.

I have a question and I truly hope that it doesn't offend anyone. That's not a very good start, is it? Here's some back story. A year ago, I gave birth to a baby boy who only lived two weeks due to some serious genetic issues. We were told our risks of it happening again and decided to try again to have a baby. I got pregnant in March. On Thursday, I found out that the baby I was pregnant with had the same genetic issues. We were unable to continue the pregnancy because of those issues.

Here's where the question comes in. My husband and I are just beginning to discuss our options. The pregnancy ended on Saturday so it's still very, very early. Our options are sperm donation, ivf with preimplantation genetic diagnosis (pgd), or adoption. Does anyone know anything about sperm donation and ivf with pgd? Does anyone know if your chances of success increase if fertility isn't a problem? Just getting the genes in the right order is an issue.

As I said, I truly hope I haven't offended anyone. I think that the journey you all are taking is one of the scarier journeys there are. Big hugs and don't give up hope!

BELoveDisney - I don't much about the IVF with PGD. Does your RE office offer genetic counseling? Is there anything else that can be done to improve the chances before implantation? Sorry I don't really have any info for you but good luck!!

I swear to God, if one more thing happens this year.....

I am running off to WDW and never coming back. There, I said it.

My dad was going to go to rehab and decided he wasn't bad enough. My grandma (he lives with her) decided to let him stay. He went on an uber bender and tried to drink....get this....2 quarts of vodka! What the....?!

He was hospitalized, but he didn't want any part of it. My grandma has asthma and can't be around that stress any longer. My mom came and decided to take him back where she lives for a couple of days. They are putting him in a rehab center.

I'm upset, scared for my dad, and mad. This is just so nuts! I went out for a day to go shopping and come back to this?!

Sorry for the vent, I needed to let it out.

Oh, and today I was in line getting some stuff for my dad, when this woman proceeds to tell me about her 4 boys and why "Disney is just for kids." Whatever. I am usually uber polite. I told her in a nice way her opinions were not wanted.

Hi Ladies

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I go in today for my first IUI - didn't sleep well at all as I am excited, nervous, and scared. We are doing IUI this month before moving on to IVF in Sept if necessary. I only had one mature follicle but I did finally get a + OPK yesterday on my own without the trigger shot and my lining on Friday was at a 9 so I am hopeful.

How's everyone else doing?
