Has anyone seen TSO this year? If so, how was it? DBf and I are taking DS(10) & DS(12) tomorrow. Im very excited!

We have seen TSO for the past 5 years, but we won't this year due us going to a Christmas party the same night. We LOVE them and their music is AWESOME!!! I wish I could adopt Angus Clark.

Saw them first night of the show. Nov 2. in Hershey. I assume fans of TSO loved it. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, and I probably won't go again, but the crowd seemed to really enjoy it. I think, perhaps, I'm too old.

They don't get here until sometime after Christmas, but DH and I went last year and it was AWESOME! We were seated near the back, but that was fine because of all the fireworks and things going on. If we had been near the front, we would've been totally blinded from all the lights and things.

We got there about 20 min before the show started and as DH and I were sitting there talking, we noticed what looked like a homeless man with a large, see-through plastic tote digging in the garbage cans. I wondered how on earth a homeless guy got into the auditorium and it turned out that he was actually a member of the band.

Yea you do need to know that it is a LOUD rock concert. I think if you don't go in expecting that, it can be a shock. The whole second half, last year, was non-Christmas, rock music. We enjoyed it very much but we were close to the stage and the lights were blinding. I'm debating about maybe going to the Philly show this weekend. It's a $$ thing, you know? Saw 2 concerts in October...don't know if I can justify another one just yet. Maybe. Have fun OP, you'll love it.

Don't know if it's still there since I can't get to amazon from here but just last night I downloaded 'night Enchanted' by TSO for free from there if anyone is interested.

I went Friday night for the first time and it was great! We had good seats, lower level at the side of the stage right where they come up to play. Can't wait to go back next year!

We saw them 2 weeks ago and it was awesome!!! Tickets were on my DH and DD's Christmas list this year. They are big fans. I had heard of them but never listen to the music. I was blown away. The first half was all Christmas and the second half was like a loud rock concert without the screaming singer. We will definetly go again.

DD will be going to the show at the Meadowlands on 12/13. She loves it and has been every year for the last 4 or 5 years.

We saw them a couple of weeks ago. It was GREAT!!! Last year was the first time we saw them in concert. Loved it so much, that this year I had 2nd row seats on the Floor

My dd and I went on November 5, I have never heard of them and received free tickets from work. The music was fantastic, and the light show was amazing. Hope to go every year now.

I went with a group of friends Friday night and it was awesome as always. It's become a holiday tradition as it's our third year of going and plan to go every year in the future.

Ahh you all have gotten me so psyched to go! My boys love the TSO xmas cds, and they love rock music.. I don't think they quite know about the rock music part, saving that for a surprise. Lets say it will be a test to see if they're really prepared to venture with Mom to rock concerts.

We saw TSO three years in a row and decided we wouldn't go back until a new CD came out. Does anyone know if one has?
