Tshirts?

I have started gathering designs from everyone here that is so wonderful ...I've seen the recommendation to order the transfer paper from Amy and will do that.

Anyone have a recommendation to order good tshirts? I don't want to pay a lot, but do want good shirts...We have done the shirts at Hobby Lobby and just plain white Hanes Ts in the packages at Walmart for previous 2 trips, but thought the shirts were a little thin - and especially thin after a few washings - and my girls like to war their shirts over and over and over.

Anyone have suggestions?

Have you looked at the shirts Walmart has in the main clothing sections? They usually have plain t-shirts folded on table displays. I haven't looked at the children's section, but I've bought myself t-shirts for tie dying and decorating for $5 a shirt that seem to be pretty nice quality and better fit/style than the basic t-shirts you're describing.

I've always worried about getting the same shades of the colors in adults and children's, but my dd9 might be old enough to wear a small in adults this year...

Last year I got our shirts at jiffyshirt.com They were good quality and ship really fast. I'll probably order some for this year as well if I can't find any locally for that cheap.

This is the first year that I am doing shirts. I ordered the 100% cotton 6.1 oz Gilden brand Model 2000 for the adults (mens) and 2000B for the kids.

If you want the colors to match, this is the way to go.

Thanks for the Jiffy shirt site. Just ordered and cant wait to get my shipment in. They had the blank draw string bags too. Had planned on just getting a couple of shirts for my son and I until I seen all the COLORS. I couldnt resist!
