TS meals why not make ADR's at places that sell Ice Cream and do dessert?

Does anyone just make ADR's for dessert? If so which places? It would be nice...maybe..to have somewhere to take a break and be able to see the cool stuff in the shop/restuarant.

We've gone for just dessert, but not during peak dining times. IMHO it's very rude to take a table at 7:00pm for "just dessert".

One of the rudest things I've ever seen was a couple lingering over two cups of coffee--they came in about ten minutes after us, and left a few minutes before us--at the YSH. It's all they ordered on a very beusy night with no open tables.

On the other hand, we've gone to Planet HOllywood at 3:00pm for "just dessert" and they were more than happy to accomodate us. We were one of maybe three parties in the place!
