TS credits for CS meals

OK, I apologize in advance for asking a question that has been asked before (probably 20 times), but I'm considering the DDP and know that I'll be using all of my CS credits and not all of my TS credits, and in fact will prefer to use 2 of my TS credits (out of 7) for CS meals.

The FAQ said that some (but not all) hotels allow people to convert some TS credits to CS credits. If I know in advance that I'll want to do this (and how many I want to convert), what are the odds that I'll be able to? I'm more than happy to convert them 1:1 because we won't be willing to sit through all of those TS meals.

Has anyone had any success in doing this? From previous replies on this board, some people might disagree with me that I should even attempt this, but since I'm being very upfront with WDW about my preferences, and I'm not going behind their backs in any way (and in fact am saving them money), I have a clear conscience about it. I just wonder what are my odds?

I'm staying at BWV as a DVC member, if that helps at all (probably not).

I did this last Sept. We used our 3 TS for 3 CS (and they threw in 6 snacks also). We stayed at ASMu. I don't know about the other resorts. Hope someone else replies!

In September, the special promotion referred to in the FAQ was still being offered. That special promotion allowed Muushka to convert TS credits to CS credits, officially. However, as the FAQ indicated, that promotion has since expired. So we're back to a situation where there is no way to know, in advance, what the chances will be, especially since, as far as I know, no one has reported being able to do this since the end of the official promotion. Since so few people attempt this, it will unfortunately be very hard to get any reliable impression of what the chances are. I would just go ahead and base your plans on not being able to, and then if you need to and can, consider it a great bonus.
