Trying to think of easy access attractions

Hello

I am in the process of planning a family trip for this coming May.
Our group will be:
Grandma (permanently disabled due to multiple strokes but still loves to laugh at the characters and very much looking forward to the trip)
Aunt (on the verge of disability...docs are still trying to figure out DX, thought it was Lupus, now not sure...also had brain surgery for an aneurysm awhile back and still gets little episodes from that...she will be in a WC on an as needed basis)
Myself (severe Fibromyalgia but once I am in WDW, I honestly feel 10x better...probably more to do with the warmer climate but I like to believe it's the mouse )
DD16 (also suffers from Fibro but she's a real tough kid and she will be turning 17 on this trip )
DD15
DD12
DD11 (Aspergers)

I don't know why I waited so long to come over to this board for more info but I have been reading through the threads here and you guys have some great tips!!

On this trip, my main concern is going to be my grandma. She can not walk at all anymore but she is only 80 pounds soaking wet so we don't mind pushing her. The part I'm wondering about is what attractions do you guys consider the easiest to do wheelchair transfers or even take the chair into? She will probably only spend a couple hours in each park in the morning and then a couple more in the evening. We will take turns going back to the room with her in between.

She hasn't been to WDW in years and we just lost my grandpa this past November so we want to make this really special for her...any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I believe It's a Small World, you can ride the wheelchair right on to the boat, no need to transfer.

I think there is also a boat at Jungle Cruise that takes wheelchairs and ECVs.

Can your geandmother stand at all to transfer or is she wheelchair bound? If she can stand to transfer ther could be other things she can ride . Don't forget all the wonderful shows she can also see!!! There ate many things to do for those who are unable to ride.

She can not really stand on her own anymore but she is so tiny, we can transfer her without too much effort. I do think the shows are going to be the best for her as well. I'm just hoping she'll be able to do a few of the mild rides with the grandkids.
