trying to register in DVC Members site..

Does anyone know where the vacation club ID would be located in my paperwork. I bought through resale, so I am not sure if I even have all the paperwork yet. I have received my members handbook, member card and PIN from Disney. The site states that I the vacation club ID should be with my closing papers. The only paper work I have received from the closing company is a copy of my warranty deed.

I also bought resale and if there was a club id somewhere in my paperwork, I couldn't find it. I did receive my PIN via a postcard in the mail.

Just call MS on Monday and they will provide you with your Club ID. When you call, listen for the which number to press on your phone for those who need help logging in to the member's web site. The folks there will be able to provide you with whatever you need to log in. You will need to provide your membership number in order for MS to give you the log in information over the phone.

LisaS is correct, I had the same problem as you are having. I did what LisaS recommended and MS just verified some confidential information and after their verification they explained in detail how to log in. They even offered to walk me through the process, very professional. Good luck!
