Trying to recreate our Citricos wedding meal - Please help!!

Hey there I'm forward planning to our first wedding anniversary and I would love to recreate our wedding meal. I would love to be able to come back to actually have a second honeymoon but I'm going to have to settle for a meal.
We had our wedding meal at Citricos - we had the beef panadas followed by the Oak grilled beef. Please please does anyone know a simialar recipe or the actual recipe I would love to surprise my hubby
