Trying to get through to member services

Apparently, the member day event may be going over better than expected. I have been trying to get in to member services since it opened and no luck yet. A busy signal is all I get. Does nayone think they will sell out of all the tickets today?

I got through right at 9, but my call did take over 15 minutes, so be patient!! At 15 minutes per call, they won't sell out this morning!!

I too got through at 9 after some "ringie-dingies", but Diana's right - it does take a while to work through the process. Plus, this is the first time the MS CMs have done this; they'll certainly speed up with experience.

I'm on with MS now. They have been very busy and expect to sell out today.

I was not reserving Member Weekend, but got thru fairly quickly. Stay on hold and wiat your turn and the nice MS CMs will take care fo you
