Trying to get my ADR number....help needed.

With not long to go i am now stressing.

I found an email and emailed disney (cant remember where i found email) and got what i thought was my ADR reservation number, but its made up of 8 letters/digits. So this isnt the one i need? She said in the email this was the one...so i am now so confused.

Does anyone have a direct email so i can contact Disney for my ADR reservation number?

I got an 8 digit letters and numbers mixed when I originally asked they said this would give me access to the ADR online system, I wasn't convinced so emailed back (WDW.DRC.WDTC.UK@disney.com) and asked for my US 12 digit res number, got back no problem with the comment "It is our experience that the 8 digit numbers provided work just as well as the 12 digits" It also included an internal message I should not have recieved "The 8 digit number is all guests needs to book dine via web. However, aim to please. So….please send the following reply:"
