Trying to figure out who to praise

Wanted to drop a line to someone at Disney to let them know of the fantastic CM's I have encountered during my recent trip. Of course, I never got their names. I did, however, get their pictures (they were characters).
do you think Disney execs would be able to determine the CM by place, date, and pic of the person.
If so, who should I send my letter of praise to.

I sent a letter late-November/beginning December to Disney about the fabulous service we received at CRT breakfast from Belle. I included a picture of Belle so that the appropriate one would get the recognition.
Is it typical to at least get a form letter from Disney stating they received my praise. I haven't heard from them yet and am wondering if the letter got lost?
