Trying to figure out Oga/Savi’s/early rope drops

Hey folks. Really hoping someone might be able to help me figure out plans for Thursday given the 8am opening. I recognize likely won’t get an ILL for Rise and/or Genie+ for Smuggler’s Run but who knows. Anyway, I have Savi’s at 10:05, but I also was able to actually score not only a Oga reservation for 9:05 but also 10:35. If I want to try and rope drop something, any suggestions and should I cancel the 9:05 one? Or should I forego RD and do the 9:05, and cancel 10:35 given it’s closer proximity to Savi’s? I just also don’t want to miss out on Oga but don’t want to be hogging a reservation from someone else. I did also end up with one at 2:10 but was considering going instead to another park at 2.

Ugh apologies for double post, glitch in the site. Admins feel free to delete one of the two threads.

I would do RD with rides, then Savi's at 10, and do Oga's at 2pm. You don't want to ~waste RD for getting on rides, and Oga's dark and cool indoors will be more enjoyable in the hot, crowded afternoon than in the morning. You'll still have plenty of PH time at the other park, without losing out on any Batu experiences or trying rush or cram them. Sounds like a good day, enjoy!

Thanks so much! Do you have a suggestion when I should get there for RD if park opens at 8? Should I aim for like 6:30/7?

Are you staying onsite because they will let you in for early entry at 730 am for a 8 am opening. Probably let you into park even earlier than 730 am. I would want to be at turnstiles by 7am, then go for Rise. If you are single rider, do MFSR single rider.

Unfortunately am an off-site guest. So any suggestions for off site is appreciated.

Ok, it does mean you want to be among the very first off-site guests admitted as you're already behind the onsite early birds, but it doesn't change my recs. Do rides, get to Savi's, and then your DHS time at Oga's before park hopping. GL!

Thank you! Any particular time I should try to get there? I mean my parents are the ones with the car (just here on vacation and staying with my folks at their timeshare near Disney) so asking them to drop me off at 6am might be a bit much haha.

They are going to hold you at the turnstiles until 8am. So I don’t think you need to be there at 6am. I would shoot for 7 am.
