Trying to decide...

I am trying to decide whether to buy my nephew (3 month birthday today ) Mickey Ears before we go or when we get there. I would like to get his name on them. If I recall the only place to get the ears monogrammed is in MK. However, according to our plan we will not be going there until the second to last day of our trip. (Short trip.). Here are my questions:

Can I buy the infant ears in another park? Particularly AK. That is probably our first stop.
Are there hat items for infant boys other than ears? I would hate to buy the ears in advance and then find out I want him to have some buzz lightyear thing.
What do you guys think I should do - Buy the ears only now, buy the ears and have them mongrammed now, or wait until the parks.

Hi,

Getting the ears monogrammed shouldn't take that long. I remember getting a pin monogrammed and it only took around 1/2 an hour. In regards to infant hats, yes there are some that are made for infants but I think, correct me if i'm wrong, they are one size only. There are other hats that you can buy but I don't think that you can get them monogrammed.

Personally, I would wait until the parks because than it's more magical.

I would get the ears now and have him wear them every day and take him to the monogramming station and let him tell the CM its special and what he wants put on them. Sort of like the tooth fairy want to talk to him cause he has a blank set of ears, and now they have to be named to be always his. Well maybe mouse fairy is better.

Thanks for the advice, but I do not think he will be able to talk when he is 5 months old. Since he is so young I really would be just doing it for myself and my sister.

I thought it might be magical to have them sent to her in advance or have them ready when we set out for the parks. Sort of a surprise. Anyone else have an opinion

On my last few trips, I have always picked up some stuff for my infant niece. Yes, they have other infant things aside from baby ears. They also have some cute baby toys, outfits etc. For girls and boys.
