Trying to decide between Dec. and Feb.

Please help me decide between Dec.07 or Feb. 08. I know that the beginning of Feb. is very slow with low crowds so that is an advantage but either wat we will be checking in during the vaue season rates.

My question is are the room only discounts and MYW package discounts typically better in Feb. than December even though at the time we plan on going it will be during value season in December as well as Feb? I tried to search for the room only discounts on this forum for these two months last year and the search engine just keeps stalling.

Anyone remember what their discounts were of they went at these times? BTW we are looking at value resorts.

I had the same decision this past year. I chose Dec over Feb. I am glad I did. The weather was great. The decorations were beautiful. There were hardly any rides down for refurbishment--this happens a lot in Jan and Feb. I believe the discounts were the same for rooms, of course I had an AP. I planned my trip to fall just after Mouse Fest. The crowds were soooo low. I never waited in line more than 10 minutes. Even EE at AK was a walkon on the night I went. Of course I thank Tour Guide Mike for that.

If I were choosing again between Dec and Feb, I would choose Dec.
