Trying SOOOO hard to get a room March 16-21

Do you think there is any hope? I tried the room only code and I have an AP and tried that code...NOTHING!! We just had a change of plans and now we can definately go in March...Any suggestions? I am so darn dissapointed!

I know you probably want to stay on property but have you tried some of the Mousesavers hotel deals? Don't remember which ones, but the ones that are right by DTD? They may have something and I think they have the transportation too. I would keep trying. Have you tried to call each day? The thing is that most people will have already paid their package off by now for that time frame as it is only a month out so probably not too much hope. Did you ask for a specific hotel on property or are they just booked solid at every single Disney hotel? If that is the case it will crazy packed that week! Good luck and keep trying to call each day.

OP - try some other travel sites. Expedia has some rooms on property available for those dates. I didn't check but some of the others may too. Good luck!

Have you tried booking at rack rate or with a AAA discount? Maybe all the code rooms are gone( they only put out so many at each resort).

I just tried your dates for rack rate and was able to get POP, ASM, CBR, POR and didn't even look at the deluxes. I do not think they are sold out of rooms, just sold out of discounted rooms.

Keep trying- people can cancel a room only reservation any time. I did yesterday (sorry not for you dates- it was a week earlier than you need) I booked 2 rooms a preferred and a standards at POP by mistake at 40% off. When I tried to change it the CM told me the resort was sold out. This really confused me. I called back and got a friendlier CM who said there are rooms at the resort only the 40% off rate was sold out. So we upgraded to CSR which apparently was not sold out yet.

I plugged in my dates and without a discount I can get POR for $210-220 a night. That seems to be the only one coming up except for the AllStar Suites at $285 a night ...

Is that crazy to spend $210 at a moderate? Should I look offsite though I REALLY don't want to.. Thanks for all the advice. Anymore? THANKS

Do you have a party of 5? Maybe that is why you are getting fewer choices. Will you have a car? I might consider WH if I could not get a discount and had a car.
Keep trying, every hour there are probably changes. That's happened to me. People are still canceling room onlies.

Hi Emme...I feel for you. I know what it's like trying to find something. Anyway...was trying to plug in and nothing was coming up; however, if you would consider the swan or dolphin, go to their site directly and it seems there are rooms there. Hope that helps a little.

LOL well actually I made a mistake...it's the 17th -21st that shows rooms....All Star Music 1311.00, Carribean beach resort 1001, and the Coronado but I almost fell off my chair lmao...$ 1,140.00 /night.

Maybe try again in the morning? I wonder if they open up rooms then b/c of people who do not pay their deposits by a certain date? I think I read that here on the boards one time.
When I found several resorts for you, it was in the AM.

Exactly....if people put a hold on a room the deposit doesn't have to be paid until the 7th day...after that it goes right back into the system. And if people who didn't pay their balance....on day 45 they go back into the system...on rare occassions...if someone forgot on day 45 they send out a letter reminder...but I think it's based on how crowded the hotel is....not too sure.
