Trusty ole Boomer was put to sleep!

I can't believe he's gone! This is the 2nd to go within 4 months. I wish I would have known he was sick. Apparently, cancer creeps up in the Boxer breed, and you never know until it is too late. The only comforting thought is, I know he is in a good place and DH and I were there to send him off-backrub and all! Sorry to be so depressing, but it helps to talk about!

Its so hard to see them go. Everytime I read a post like this,I
look at my 10 1/2 year old Dobie and know everyday I have with him is a bonus. Dobie's have a life span of 10-12 yrs. Way too short....
