Trouble with Rubons

Help!!! I love rubons but they seem to stick to the inside of the page protectors and pull off of the page. Any suggestions to keep this from happening? It's driving me crazy!!! (of course these days it is a pretty short drive )

Sometimes, rubbing the backing paper over the rubon several times helps to set it. The rubons are sensitive to heat and will stick to the plastic page protector if there is no barrier. The backing has a bit of wax to it and can help, but not if the page gets too warm and squished. Hope that helps.

Yup, use the backing. After you rub it on, flip over the backing and rub all over the rub-on. The wax helps it stay.

has anyone tried brushing them with powder??? I haven't but I wonder if it works.

I was told the page flip trick at CKC too...it really works, but as was said before, the heat will ruin it...
