Trouble with National Website

I am an Emerauld Isle member and was trying to reserve a car. It wouldn't let me because it said I needed to update my credit card profile. I tried updating it and I keep on getting errors! It would tell me things like verify your address, or enter info that is entered. I also tried reserving it by putting my credit info right on the reserve form which also gave me errors. Said enter your credit info which I was doing, it was there, but it won't take. Anyone else having the same problem?
By the way.... doing research using the Disney Club discount that was received in the mail is the cheapest I found. I don't like using that priceline.com thing... I'm too chicken, I like knowing where I'm renting from... Beth

I had this problem when first signing my mom up on there last week. The solution was to go through the verifying process, and then open a new window, go to www.nationalcar.com and login again and make the ressie. It worked after that I hope it helps!

You could also try clearing your cache. You may have a bad cookie.
BTW, I used priceline 2x's before and am going for my third time.
This time will be with Avis. They only use the majors, Avis, Hertz, National, Budget and Alamo. We had Alamo once (no biggie, we are Quicksilver members and we were able to use their desk and we received a really nice car) and once with Avis, great car and great service. I expect this time with Avis will be equally as nice as before.

Well, I figured it out.... it was looking for the other 4 digits of my zip code that comes after the first 4.... Dah.... I had to call them to find that out!!! Nobody know the last 4 digits of their zip codes... Well I do now!!!

Pssst.............the first digits total 6, the last total 4.

Now that you mention that. The amount of the first digits of your zip code is 5 (not 6)... then a leading 4.. Beth
