trouble with castaway club number

Here's the problem. When I try to update my info on the DCL website to add my castaway club number, it says that it is invalid. I know that I am in the system because I called them a few weeks ago to get my confirmation number and I used my casataway number then without a problem. I have my card and I am typing it in without any dashes or spaces just like it is on the card. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions/ideas? Thanks.

Call DCL...they should be able to help.

Nevermind, I figured it out a few minutes later. My last name is hyphenated but it does not have one on the card. Once I took the hyphen out on the website, the number was accepted. Thanks anyway.

I had same trouble, but turned out I was using my husband's number--We only got one card after the cruise, but after I called DCL, I found out what my number was and after that registration was fine.

Same exact thing happened to me! I requested my own card when I called DCL.
