Trouble logging in

Not a DVC member (yet!), but I have had problems logging onto the regular Disney site for the past few days. I have tried from 2 PCs and have the same issue. I enter my username and password and then the screen never comes up, it is just all white and I can't do anything. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it has not - this started probably Wednesday or Thursday for me.
 
I have had no new issues and am able to sign on now. However, I've had one issue for months in that if I sign in and fail to sign out fairly soon, I can't get back in. I've found I can delete the go.com cookie and getting it working again so you might try that.
 
I've not had any trouble and I usually log in 2 or 3 times a week. I am very careful to log in and then log out of every session. Haven't had any problems since I started doing that. Logging out seems to be important, especially if you visit more than a few pages or sites within the Disney umbrella.

FiggieFan & tlwfun89 - Try clearing out all of your cookies and cache. That may fix your problem. If that doesn't work, try a different browser. Good luck!

I have to clear my history after each session on dvc website or when I fill in my sign in info it just stays on the sign in page. It is the only website that does this including other disney sites. Sometimes I have to clear history and restart comp if I can't get on. It started about a year ago. Super frustrating!! Hope you get on
 
I couldn't sign in this morning. Cleared my cache etc. and nothing worked. I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one who can't sign in.
 
I cannot get in. I have tried on 2 different computers.
 
Same here - have three different accounts between regular Disney and DVC (long story) and none of them worked. Tried to reset password and now they won't recognize the user names. :-(
 
I just signed in no problem. On an iPhone of all things. Just was curious when I read your posts. It seems to be working fine. Good luck.
 
I have had difficulty signing in to DVC Member Services. After calling member services they made an attempt to fix whatever was wrong any sucess.

I was referred to the IT department. Similarly, they also were unsuccessful and referred me back to member services. I decided to wait a day and to determine if the issues would resolve.

I am pleased to report I was able to perform the online check in. i never had any prior issues with on line check in until DVC changed there website sometime ago.

I was advised by member services I was not the only one having difficulity. Anyway i was able to check in for our oct. 1st trip.
