AND, my 10/05 order was cancelled while my 10/07 order was shipped. I'm not sure what is up with their system, but I sure hope I can get all our GC before our trip!!
UPDATE-they cancelled my order again. I combined my gift cards and changed my address (we moved) and tried one on the app and one on the site so we will see what happens.
Oh-and the app order didn't take the 5% off.

I'm really sorry that you're having this kind of trouble. I wonder if it has anything to do with your address change? I placed an order yesterday and this morning I got an email that it is on its way, along with the tracking number. The only difficulty that I've had was a couple of weeks ago when their website was slow and it took forever for the order to go through.
Another update: I combined my gift cards as suggested and changed the shipping address again (still not billing though) and ordered 1 via the app (set of 3) and 1 via the site. Both had shipment confirmation today! Here's hoping it's all worked out. I still need to order about $500 worth.
