Troble with NETFLIP

Tried to do searches on Net Flip and no cash rewards come up also they don't even reconize my emial address!!!!

I'm having lots of problems too! I had to log in after every search and I think I only got credited for about 1/2 of them. I hope they get whatever the problem is worked out soon.
