Tripod for Disney fireworks?

The first one was 4 seconds at f/10. The 2nd one, even though its only 1 second longer, there is also a lot of fireworks going off at the exact same time creating way to much light to really capture a good pic. You would get better shots of the finale at less than 1 second or even at hand holdable times like 1/15th, but the trade off is no streaks. Kind of a catch 22.
